This rewind starter is an original OEM item that is specially made for Briggs and Stratton engines. The starter assembly is used to pull-start the unit. It is a complete assembly and includes a plastic shroud, starter pulley, recoil spring, grip, the pull rope with a grip and the hardware secure this assembly.
